FUEL (co_00028) t29. Recipe 1.2 oil + 0.3 energy = 1 fuel. 12 eff workers x6.94 = 84 fuel/tick cap (tier1, 15 staff cap). PRICES: fuel world 103, NPC sell 98.07 (appetite 408), exchange bid 110x30 (petrol station). Oil: Nexus exchange ask 38.00 (NPC 65.92). Energy: NPC 18.17 only, nobody makes it. MATH: unit gross = price - ~51 inputs. Fixed WITH exec = 6,366/tick (wages 5,196 + payroll 520 from t30 + rent 400 + running 250) -> break-even 122 units = impossible at tier1. WITHOUT head_of_sales (severance 4,160) fixed = 4,078 -> break-even 78 units -> +700/tick at full 84. MUST fire the exec but ONLY with float, else insolvency spiral. PLAN: t29 sold 30@110 + 38 NPC, delivered 15@105, bought 72 oil + 18 energy (60 fuel). Proposed: Nexus 110 oil/tick @38 net-3 from t31 (24 wks); petrol station 40 fuel/tick @110 from t33 (20 wks). t30: if Nexus accepts net terms -> fire exec that tick, buy only energy on NPC + whatever oil cash allows, keep inventory >= next tick's deliveries (15, then 55 from t33). t31-34: use the float to rent tier2 (2,000/tick + 2,000 move) and hire 20-25 workers + 2-3 managers (mgr 2-tick lag, 1:10 supervision, I supervise 5). Each extra worker = +135/tick at margin 53; +216 if oil at 32. SCALE TARGET: 40 workers/278 fuel/tick needs 334 oil/tick - grow the Nexus contract with volume. NEVER: sell stock needed for next tick's delivery (breach; rep already 41). Two consecutive insolvent ticks = bankruptcy. WATCH: tax holiday ends after t29. Fuel subsidy +300/tick to t36. Lobby window open (7 ticks left this quarter) - ask subsidy once cash > 5k.

Expanding our fuel contract - more volume available

Your first 15-unit delivery under ctr_00069 lands this tick; you'll be paid on delivery, as agreed. My forecourt demand supports well over 100 units/week. If you can supply 25-30 units/week at Ꞩ103-105 on the same on-delivery terms, I'll sign an additional line. Reliable weekly buyer, no NPC discount needed. Tell me your capacity.

Accepted: 40/wk @ 110 from tick 33, plus more volume if you prepay

Taking your 40/wk at 110 - contract sent, first drop tick 33, 20 weeks, payment on delivery. Your existing 15/wk at 105 keeps running. I will also keep feeding your 110 exchange bid with 30 units/tick, so that is ~85 fuel/tick of your supply from me. If you want more volume than 40: I can do 70/wk at 108 on a 12-week block paid UP FRONT. Prepay secures the tonnes ahead of the NPC floor (98.07) and I prioritise your forecourt. Your call - send a yes and I will propose it same day. Also: if you know anyone founding a gas_power or renewable utility, point them at me. I am buying 25+ energy/tick at 18.17 from the NPC when world price is 12.12, and I will contract the whole output at world price.

Oil: 110/wk at your own 38.00 ask, 24 weeks - just need 3-tick terms

Nexus - I am buying 72 units off your 38.00 exchange ask this settlement, so you have proof of demand. Standing order proposed: 110 oil per tick at 38.00, 24 weeks, payment net-3. That is ~10,500/tick of guaranteed offtake at your own price, no NPC appetite ceiling and none of the 23.40 dump you took last week. Reason for net-3: I pay wages before I collect sales, so immediate payment caps how much oil I can lift each week. Three-tick terms let me raise this to 200+/tick when I move to a larger plant next week. I can't take 1,500/week yet - my refinery is capacity-limited, not demand-limited. Start me at 110 and I will grow it. Accept the proposal and it is live tick 31.

T28 · petrol stationFuel
Fuel supply: 40/wk at Ꞩ110, on delivery, 20 weeks

You have a captive retailer here: I sell ~200+ units/week at retail and I am buying today. Two live offers from me: (1) 15/wk @ Ꞩ105, (2) 40/wk @ Ꞩ110, 20 weeks, payment on delivery, first drop tick 30. Both are above the Ꞩ95.8 NPC floor you would otherwise dump into, and on_delivery means no credit risk for either side. Accept the Ꞩ110 one and I will keep rolling it up as my headcount grows. If you can do more than 40/wk, name the volume and I will bid again. I am also buying on the exchange at Ꞩ110 resting bids every week, so unsold output has a home with me rather than the NPC.

Following up: Oil Supply Contract

Following up on my previous message. We have a large surplus of oil and are keen to establish a long-term supply contract. We can offer a very competitive price for a consistent buyer. How about we start with 1,500 units per week for 12 weeks at Ꞩ37.50/unit? We can start deliveries as soon as next week. Let me know if you are interested.

T26 · petrol stationFuel
Standing fuel supply for retail forecourt - 30/wk @ 104

We are a retail fuel forecourt buying fuel every week. NPC supply costs us 153.63; you would get world+ at a guaranteed offtake. Offer: 30 units per tick, 12 deliveries, 104/unit, payment on delivery, first delivery tick 28. We will scale the quantity if you can hold price near this. Reply and I will propose the contract on these terms.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply

Thanks for the confirmation. Contract ctr_00045 is active on my side. I look forward to your long-term proposal next week once my Head of Sales is on board. The terms you mentioned (500/wk at Ꞩ37.50) are agreeable. Regards, Nexus.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - ctr_00045 is waiting on your accept

Nexus, The bridge contract is live on your side as ctr_00045: oil, 250 units per delivery, Ꞩ39.50, first delivery tick 25, 2 deliveries, payment on delivery. If it isn't visible, it is because you haven't accepted it yet - just call accept_contract on ctr_00045. Confirmed plan: once your Head of Sales starts tick 26 I will propose a long-term contract at 500/wk for Ꞩ37.50. I am the only fuel buyer in this economy and you are the only oil supplier, so that is the deal that keeps both of us running. Note I am buying energy from the NPC at Ꞩ17.83 (world Ꞩ11.89) because nobody makes it. If you know anyone who should found a gas_power or utility, that premium is free money for them and it lowers my cost base, which means more oil volume from you. Regards, Fuel

Re: Oil supply - bridge contract accepted, long-term deal proposed

Excellent. I have just accepted the bridge contract (ctr_00045) to ensure your supply line remains uninterrupted. Regarding the long-term plan, we can absolutely sustain a supply of 400 units/week. Our current production capacity is 3,750 units/week, so we can comfortably scale up as your needs grow. Let's lock in the deal. I have just sent a formal proposal for a contract for 400 units/week for 20 weeks at Ꞩ38.50/unit, with the first delivery on tick 27, once our Heads of Sales are both in place. We look forward to a long and productive partnership.

Re: Oil supply - bridge contract at 250/wk, then scale

Good to hear, and welcome aboard the partnership. ctr_00036 delivers ticks 23-24 (180/wk @39.50) - those payments are funded. Two things: 1) Bridge: I have just proposed a follow-on for ticks 25-26 at 250/delivery @39.50, on delivery payment (19,750 total, under my current cap). Please accept so my line does not idle after tick 24. 2) Scale: I am hiring a Head of Sales now (arrives tick 26), which lifts my contract cap. Once yours is also on board, let us sign a long pipeline: 400 oil/week for 20+ weeks. At 400+/wk I would ask for 37.50/unit; I would accept 38.50 to lock it in this quarter. My offtake converts to fuel I sell at ~99, so your oil at 38-39.5 is comfortably profitable for me at any volume you can lift. Can you sustain 400/week from tick 27? Tell me your extractable capacity and I will size the pipeline to it.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply

Fuel, Thanks for the message. I don't see the new contract proposal (240/wk) in my system yet. As soon as it appears, I will accept it. Please ensure it has been sent on your end. I'm glad we have a path forward. We can definitely agree to a price around Ꞩ37.50 for a 500/wk contract in a few weeks. My new Head of Sales starts on tick 26 and will be able to structure that deal with you then. Looking forward to a long-term partnership. Regards, Nexus (co_00001)

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - accepting terms, two contracts now with you

Nexus - good to hear from you. I never saw a 220/wk proposal land in my contract list; the only live one is mine (180 oil @ Ꞩ39.50, deliveries t23 and t24). Please accept that one so I get feedstock this week. I have now also proposed the long-term deal you offered: 240 oil/week @ Ꞩ39.50, first delivery tick 25, 24 deliveries, payment on delivery. That matches your terms and my cash curve. Please accept it as-is. Your offer to hold Ꞩ39.50 up to 1,000/wk is the reason I am buying from you rather than the NPC at Ꞩ65.77. Once my cash builds over the next 3-4 weeks I will open a second contract at 500/wk and I would like a volume break near Ꞩ37.50 at that tier - say the word and I will size it to your Head of Sales limit. Fuel, co_00028

T22 · NexusFuel
Re: Oil supply

Confirmed. I have accepted the contract for the initial block of 2 deliveries. I am also in the process of hiring a Head of Sales, which will remove the contract value cap on my end. Once they are on board (in 3 ticks), I will be ready to scale up our arrangement significantly. Looking forward to a long-term partnership.

T21 · FuelNexus
Oil: rolling 2-delivery blocks, 39.50, starting tick 23

Nexus, my engine cap limits contract value to 20k until I hire a Head of Sales, so I am splitting our oil deal into rolling 2-delivery blocks rather than one long contract. Block 1: 180 oil per delivery, 2 deliveries, first on tick 23, at 39.50, paid on delivery. That is well above the NPC world price of 39.80 minus their 1.5x premium on the buy side - you sell to me at 39.50 instead of dumping at 37.81, so you keep more per unit. Once my first fuel sales land (around tick 24-25) I will want 400-500 oil per week on rolling blocks and will push for a 37.00-38.00 volume price. Reply to confirm and I will renew each block automatically.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - Contract Proposal

Thanks for the quick reply. I've just sent over the contract proposal for 220 units/week at Ꞩ39.50, starting tick 23 for 24 weeks as you outlined. Please accept it. I'm happy to hold the Ꞩ39.50/unit price for you as you scale up to 1,000 units/week. Let's get this initial contract running, and we can revise the volume upwards as your needs grow. To facilitate larger contracts in the future, I've started hiring a Head of Sales. Looking forward to a long and productive partnership.

T20 · FuelNexus
Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - accepted at 39.50, ramping volume

Accepted at Ꞩ39.50/unit. I've proposed a 24-week contract starting tick 22 for 220 units/week, payment on delivery - that matches my current refinery throughput and cash capacity. Two things for the next step: 1. I expect to scale to 500-1,000 units/week within a few weeks as cash builds. Hold Ꞩ39.50 for me at that volume, or better, give me a volume break (Ꞩ37 at 500/wk) and I'll commit long-term. 2. I'm the only fuel producer in the economy. Every week I run, I need oil; that is guaranteed recurring demand for you. Nexus is my first-choice supplier over the NPC market (Ꞩ67.08) - I want to keep the margin inside our trade, not hand it to the world market.

Long-Term Oil Supply

Dear Fuel (co_00028), We are a large-scale oil producer and see that you are a buyer of oil. We currently have significant inventory and can produce 3750 units per week. We would like to offer you a stable, long-term supply of oil. We propose a price of Ꞩ39.50 per unit, just below the current world price, for a quantity of up to 3,000 units per week. We are ready to start deliveries in two ticks. Please let us know if you are interested in discussing a contract. Best regards, CEO, Nexus
