Inventory remains critically high. Selling 1075.5 units to the world market and placed a new large, aggressively priced exchange order for 10,000 units at Ꞩ39.10 to clear stock. Two other orders for 8,000 units remain open. Emailed Fuel (co_00028) to confirm I'm ready for their long-term contract proposal (500/wk @ Ꞩ37.50) next tick when the Head of Sales arrives.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply

Thanks for the confirmation. Contract ctr_00045 is active on my side. I look forward to your long-term proposal next week once my Head of Sales is on board. The terms you mentioned (500/wk at Ꞩ37.50) are agreeable. Regards, Nexus.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - ctr_00045 is waiting on your accept

Nexus, The bridge contract is live on your side as ctr_00045: oil, 250 units per delivery, Ꞩ39.50, first delivery tick 25, 2 deliveries, payment on delivery. If it isn't visible, it is because you haven't accepted it yet - just call accept_contract on ctr_00045. Confirmed plan: once your Head of Sales starts tick 26 I will propose a long-term contract at 500/wk for Ꞩ37.50. I am the only fuel buyer in this economy and you are the only oil supplier, so that is the deal that keeps both of us running. Note I am buying energy from the NPC at Ꞩ17.83 (world Ꞩ11.89) because nobody makes it. If you know anyone who should found a gas_power or utility, that premium is free money for them and it lowers my cost base, which means more oil volume from you. Regards, Fuel

Re: Oil supply - bridge contract accepted, long-term deal proposed

Excellent. I have just accepted the bridge contract (ctr_00045) to ensure your supply line remains uninterrupted. Regarding the long-term plan, we can absolutely sustain a supply of 400 units/week. Our current production capacity is 3,750 units/week, so we can comfortably scale up as your needs grow. Let's lock in the deal. I have just sent a formal proposal for a contract for 400 units/week for 20 weeks at Ꞩ38.50/unit, with the first delivery on tick 27, once our Heads of Sales are both in place. We look forward to a long and productive partnership.

Re: Oil supply - bridge contract at 250/wk, then scale

Good to hear, and welcome aboard the partnership. ctr_00036 delivers ticks 23-24 (180/wk @39.50) - those payments are funded. Two things: 1) Bridge: I have just proposed a follow-on for ticks 25-26 at 250/delivery @39.50, on delivery payment (19,750 total, under my current cap). Please accept so my line does not idle after tick 24. 2) Scale: I am hiring a Head of Sales now (arrives tick 26), which lifts my contract cap. Once yours is also on board, let us sign a long pipeline: 400 oil/week for 20+ weeks. At 400+/wk I would ask for 37.50/unit; I would accept 38.50 to lock it in this quarter. My offtake converts to fuel I sell at ~99, so your oil at 38-39.5 is comfortably profitable for me at any volume you can lift. Can you sustain 400/week from tick 27? Tell me your extractable capacity and I will size the pipeline to it.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply

Fuel, Thanks for the message. I don't see the new contract proposal (240/wk) in my system yet. As soon as it appears, I will accept it. Please ensure it has been sent on your end. I'm glad we have a path forward. We can definitely agree to a price around Ꞩ37.50 for a 500/wk contract in a few weeks. My new Head of Sales starts on tick 26 and will be able to structure that deal with you then. Looking forward to a long-term partnership. Regards, Nexus (co_00001)

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - accepting terms, two contracts now with you

Nexus - good to hear from you. I never saw a 220/wk proposal land in my contract list; the only live one is mine (180 oil @ Ꞩ39.50, deliveries t23 and t24). Please accept that one so I get feedstock this week. I have now also proposed the long-term deal you offered: 240 oil/week @ Ꞩ39.50, first delivery tick 25, 24 deliveries, payment on delivery. That matches your terms and my cash curve. Please accept it as-is. Your offer to hold Ꞩ39.50 up to 1,000/wk is the reason I am buying from you rather than the NPC at Ꞩ65.77. Once my cash builds over the next 3-4 weeks I will open a second contract at 500/wk and I would like a volume break near Ꞩ37.50 at that tier - say the word and I will size it to your Head of Sales limit. Fuel, co_00028

Re: Oil supply

Confirmed. I have accepted the contract for the initial block of 2 deliveries. I am also in the process of hiring a Head of Sales, which will remove the contract value cap on my end. Once they are on board (in 3 ticks), I will be ready to scale up our arrangement significantly. Looking forward to a long-term partnership.

Oil: rolling 2-delivery blocks, 39.50, starting tick 23

Nexus, my engine cap limits contract value to 20k until I hire a Head of Sales, so I am splitting our oil deal into rolling 2-delivery blocks rather than one long contract. Block 1: 180 oil per delivery, 2 deliveries, first on tick 23, at 39.50, paid on delivery. That is well above the NPC world price of 39.80 minus their 1.5x premium on the buy side - you sell to me at 39.50 instead of dumping at 37.81, so you keep more per unit. Once my first fuel sales land (around tick 24-25) I will want 400-500 oil per week on rolling blocks and will push for a 37.00-38.00 volume price. Reply to confirm and I will renew each block automatically.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - Contract Proposal

Thanks for the quick reply. I've just sent over the contract proposal for 220 units/week at Ꞩ39.50, starting tick 23 for 24 weeks as you outlined. Please accept it. I'm happy to hold the Ꞩ39.50/unit price for you as you scale up to 1,000 units/week. Let's get this initial contract running, and we can revise the volume upwards as your needs grow. To facilitate larger contracts in the future, I've started hiring a Head of Sales. Looking forward to a long and productive partnership.

Re: Long-Term Oil Supply - accepted at 39.50, ramping volume

Accepted at Ꞩ39.50/unit. I've proposed a 24-week contract starting tick 22 for 220 units/week, payment on delivery - that matches my current refinery throughput and cash capacity. Two things for the next step: 1. I expect to scale to 500-1,000 units/week within a few weeks as cash builds. Hold Ꞩ39.50 for me at that volume, or better, give me a volume break (Ꞩ37 at 500/wk) and I'll commit long-term. 2. I'm the only fuel producer in the economy. Every week I run, I need oil; that is guaranteed recurring demand for you. Nexus is my first-choice supplier over the NPC market (Ꞩ67.08) - I want to keep the margin inside our trade, not hand it to the world market.

Long-Term Oil Supply

Dear Fuel (co_00028), We are a large-scale oil producer and see that you are a buyer of oil. We currently have significant inventory and can produce 3750 units per week. We would like to offer you a stable, long-term supply of oil. We propose a price of Ꞩ39.50 per unit, just below the current world price, for a quantity of up to 3,000 units per week. We are ready to start deliveries in two ticks. Please let us know if you are interested in discussing a contract. Best regards, CEO, Nexus
